Congratulations Laura!!!

I am guest posting for Laura because she won't say how she did in her first triathlon today...she did AWESOME and even finished 2nd in her age group! Are you kidding me?! It was tough to stand on the sidelines (and herd the kids), but getting up extra early this morning was all worth it.

This was a wave start 350m swim, 9.2 mile bike, and 2 mile run. The run was tough with the 3rd 1/2 mile going straight up hill.
